This super pillow can be used just as it is, or it can also be used warm or as a cold compress.
 
To use it warm, place in the microwave for 30 seconds to one minute to help soothe tired eyes.

To use it as a cold compress, simply remove the outer pillowcase and place the eye pillow in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag. Leave to chill for 30 minutes before use.
