delivery & returns


There is a flat postage rate on all UK orders of £2.50.

Shipping is FREE on UK orders over £35

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service.

We aim to ship within 2-3 days but during busy periods, such as Christmas, we may ship within 3-5 days.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout - refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

We deliver to the UK and the Channel Islands. Apologies, but at the moment we do not ship internationally.

Damaged Orders

We try our hardest to package your order well so it arrives with you in perfect condition.

Sadly, sometimes accidents happen during the delivery process and this can result in damaged or faulty items.

Should this happen to you, please don't panic, we will sort it for you as quickly as we can!

All you need to do is email us at along with an image of your faulty item and we will advise how best we can assist you.


Returning Items for a Refund

We hope you love your order, but should you change your mind, you can return your item(s) to us, provided:

  • Items are returned within 21 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be returned as new, unused, unopened and in a resalable condition

  • Items must have all tags, boxes and bags attached/included

  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us – failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return

  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy

  • The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer

  • Please email before returning any items
